  4. When you request us to provide your personal information, we may charge actual expenses for providing such information separately.
  5. When you request us to provide your personal information, you need to present a copy of official identification paper (e.g., driver's license, insurance card, passport, certificate of residence, etc.).

    Please note that services offered by us (including services offered on our website) may not be available if you do not provide your personal information.
