TEAC Launches the Reference 500 Series Network Streaming Transport NT-507T
10-30-2025
Tokyo, JP (October 30, 2025) – TEAC, a global leader in premium audio innovation since 1953, is proud to unveil the NT-507T Network Streaming Transport that takes music streaming enjoyment to a new level. As a network streaming transport in the Reference 500 Series designed exclusively for USB digital output, it pairs seamlessly with your existing DAC, such as the UD-507, featuring TEAC’s proprietary discrete “TRDD 5” DAC to deliver reference-grade sound from online streaming and locally stored NAS audio sources.
Driven by the advanced TEAC Network Engine G4, the NT-507T is engineered from the ground up with sound quality as its highest priority. A large linear power supply replaces noise-inducing switching circuits, ensuring dynamic, natural, and fluid sound reminiscent of vinyl playback. Network connectivity is equally versatile, offering Ethernet RJ45, SFP optical input, and Wi-Fi 6 support. Its high-fidelity USB output, equipped with an independent power supply section, guarantees pristine signal transmission to your DAC.
User experience has been carefully refined for today’s streaming lifestyle. The NT-507T integrates smoothly with OpenHome-compatible apps such as TEAC HR Streamer, and its USB Volume Function lets you control the volume of connected USB DACs or preamps directly from the app. It supports leading high-resolution streaming services including Qobuz, Spotify, TIDAL, and TuneIn, and features a dedicated Roon Ready mode for the most demanding audiophiles. Two USB ports also allow direct connection of flash drives, HDDs, or SSDs, enabling the NT-507T to serve as a simple music server (NAS).
